We are recruiting an Accounts Administrator / Senior Accounts Administrator (not a qualified accountant) to join our growing team.

Key aspects of the role will include:

  • Processing day-to-day accounting transactions in accordance with internal policies and authorisation procedures
  • Assisting with eBilling data entry and related administration
  • Preparing monthly reconciliations
  • Responding to supplier, counterparty and internal queries
  • Assisting with month and year end close processes
  • Contributing to process improvements in the Finance team

We encourage you to apply for consideration if you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounts administration or a similar role, ideally in a legal or professional services environment and you can confidently demonstrate familiarity with the Isle of Man regulatory framework applicable to law firms and/or TCSPs.

In addition, we are looking for someone who possesses strong organisational capability, the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery.  You will be  a confident communicator with a collaborative approach.

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel is essential. Experience with a SQL-based accounting system is advantageous.
