We are delighted to announce the promotion of Tara Cubbon-Wood, Managing Associate in our Litigation team.
Tara became a member of the Board of Directors of Cains from 1 January 2025.
Tara is ranked as a “Next Generation Partner” in The Legal 500 and an “Associate to Watch” in Chambers & Partners and has been described as a “standout managing associate, who is smart, organised and generally an excellent person to work with” and “innovative and commercially minded”. It has also been said that “she has a great ability to convey information in a straightforward way to clients.”
Tara advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial litigation, including high value and high profile matters, on areas such as: debt recovery, insolvency, trust disputes, professional negligence and claims against directors. She also has experience in employment law.
