Laura Parker

Laura is a Senior Administrator within Cains Corporate Services Limited, having joined in 2021.

Prior to joining CCSL, Laura was a Senior Compliance Officer within Cains’ highly experienced Compliance team for over 8 years, where she handled regulatory, compliance and anti-money laundering obligations.

She is responsible for providing trust and corporate administration support for a large number of private and professional clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Laura holds the PDP Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection and International Compliance Association Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering. Laura is also a member of STEP and gained her STEP Diploma in 2024.

Karen Dixon

Karen is a Senior Client Accounts Manager within Cains Accounting Services Limited, having joined in 2023.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, she has over 9 years’ experience working within the international trust and corporate services industry, as well as having spent 4 years in an operational role for a fund manager and large fund and 5 years working within two of the “Big 4” accounting firms both in Dublin and the Isle of Man.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Karen will be responsible for the provision of accounting services to clients, working alongside Cains Corporate Services Limited to provide integrated accounting services and corporate administration.

Melissa Cooil

Mel is a Client Accountant within Cains Accounting Services Limited, having joined in 2024, after working in a local accountancy and TSCP practice for the past 9 years.

Mel is an ACA qualified accountant, qualifying in 2018 and was previously a Manager of a portfolio of clients in both accountancy and trust and corporate services provision with clients predominantly in investments and property.

Mel will be assisting Karen Dixon as Senior Clients Accounts Manager in the provision of accounting services to clients and working alongside Cains Corporate Services Limited to provide integrated accounting services and corporate administration.

Alison Cregeen

Alison is Head of Finance following 20 years’ experience working within two of the “Big 4” accounting firms both in London and the Isle of Man.

She is responsible for the firm’s finance department, as well as playing a key role in the expansion of the firm’s data protection offering for clients.

A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Alison also holds internationally recognised qualifications in data privacy and privacy management with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Alison will take responsibility for the company’s finance function as well as expanding the firm’s GDPR consulting offering for clients.

Oriana Hills

Oriana Hills is the Head of Risk and Compliance at Cains, and is responsible for ensuring that the organisation identifies, manages, and mitigates its risks while maintaining full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements..

With over two decades of experience in regulation and compliance within the financial services industry, Oriana brings extensive expertise to her position. Before joining Cains, she offered risk and regulatory advisory services at a Big 4 firm and spent over 11 years working at the Isle of Man regulator.

Oriana is a long-standing Fellow of the International Compliance Association, a Past President of the Isle of Man Insurance Institute, and a volunteer Director for a local bereavement support charity.

Shelley Uzzell

Shelley is the Human Resources Manager and has over 15 years of global Human Resources experience.

She has worked in multiple jurisdictions including Hong Kong, England, Jersey in the Channel Islands and the Cayman Islands in a variety of sectors including legal, accounting, financial services and retail.

In her previous role in Hong Kong she was the Global Head of HR overseeing the HR function in a number of countries including Malaysia, India, Singapore and Brazil. She has spent her time leading talent development and improving performance initiatives as well as leading recruitment activities.

Shelley holds a Master degree in Human Resources Management and is a member of the CIPD.

In a rapidly evolving global marketplace, she is focused not only on recruiting and retaining exceptional talent but on fostering an inclusive, happy and engaged workplace culture.

Nicola Winchester

Nikki is a Senior Accounts Manager and a long-standing employee having joined Cains in 2000.  She has a background in administration and finance.

With more than 20 years’ experience working in the Finance team, Nikki possesses a deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and operational analysis.  Over the years, Nikki has gained proficiency in a variety of financial software programmes including Elite and Aderant and her experience in financial management has enabled her to develop strong relationships with internal and external clients.  Nikki is a member of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management.
