Benjamin McGee

Ben is a Trainee Advocate within our top tier Litigation practice, having joined in September 2024.

As part of his role, Ben will begin his two-year articles initially within the company’s litigation department and is scheduled to complete the Manx Bar in 2026.

Ben attended Queen Elizabeth II High School before studying a Bachelor of Laws in Law at the University of York, where he was awarded a First Class Honours.

Andrew Graham

Andrew is a Director with Cains Corporate Services Limited, having joined in mid-2024.

Andrew has a wealth of experience gained from over 35 years working in the offshore trust, corporate and fiduciary sectors involving the administration and relationship management of structures for both corporate and ultra/high net worth individuals including acting as a Non-Executive Director for Isle of Man Exempt Collective Investment Schemes.

His experience includes managing client relationships, both virtually and in person, as well as liaising with relevant professional advisors and he is well versed in the development of the various international legal, tax and regulatory requirements that such relationships now entail.

Andrew works as part of an experienced team to ensure that clients receive the high levels of service which they expect and holds professional qualifications from The Chartered Insurance Institute and The Institute of Administrative Management.

Frank Bennett

Frank is an Associate Director within Cains Corporate Services Limited, having joined in 2024.

Having worked in the trust & company industry for over 22 years, Frank has gained in-depth international offshore structures experience working with a multi-jurisdictional range of ultra-high net worth private clients, family offices and multi-national corporate clients, overseeing the implementation and ongoing service of trust, corporate and fund structures in multiple jurisdictions.

Dual-qualified as a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI, formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), Frank spent a decade working in Singapore before returning to his native Isle of Man. He has experience of managing teams of staff and working in varied functions including business development, operations and client relationship management

Frank oversees the daily running of CCSL and works closely with the board of directors to ensure consistency in the delivery of services to clients and intermediaries.

Kyle Caine

Kyle is Associate Director within Cains Corporate Services Limited, having joined in 2024.

With over 18 years in the offshore banking, trust and fiduciary sectors, Kyle has extensive experience in managing simple to complex trust and corporate structures for listed companies, ultra/high net worth individuals and large exempt collective investment scheme funds, structures often exceeding £500m in assets.

He has significant industry and regulatory knowledge that includes reviewing, analysing and fact checking KYC, creation of wealth timelines, AML/CFT regulation, Collective Investment Scheme for Exempt Funds governance, Economic Substance, tax advice implementation, FATCA/CRS reporting, Economic Social Governance policies to name but a few.

Kyle oversees the daily running of CCSL and works closely with the board of directors to ensure consistency in the delivery of services to clients and intermediaries. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Donna Kermode

Donna is Associate Director within Cains Corporate Services Limited, having joined in January 2025.

Donna has a wealth of experience with over 14 years working in the offshore trust, corporate and fiduciary sectors involving the administration and relationship management of multi-jurisdictional structures for both corporate and high net worth individuals.

Donna works as part of an experienced team to ensure clients receive the high levels of service which they expect and is an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI, formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).

Caitriona Dooley

Caitriona is a Senior Manager within Cains Corporate Services Limited.

She has extensive experience of dealing with a diverse portfolio of clients in multiple jurisdictions.

She is responsible for the provision of Trust and Company administration for a large number of private and professional clients in a number of different locations. Caitriona is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

James Mathieson-Nelson

James is an Assistant Manager within Cains Corporate Services Limited, having joined in 2024.

He has expertise in the administration of multi-jurisdictional and complex structures for an international client base, with a focus towards bespoke investment structures for HNW Individuals and Corporates.

James is responsible for providing trust and corporate administration to a large number of diversified private and professional clients across multiple jurisdictions. James is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Laura Strand

Laura is the Head of Company Secretarial Services within Cains Corporate Services Limited (CCSL), having joined at the beginning of 2025.

With over 10 years’ experience in the fiduciary sector, seven of which were based in the Company Secretarial sector, Laura has extensive knowledge that includes Isle of Man company formations, changes to constitutional documents, beneficial ownership reporting, share re-structures and liquidations to name but a few.

In February 2021, Laura gained the Level 4 Award in International Finance and Administration with the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI, formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).

Laura is responsible for all statutory matters within Cains Corporate Services Limited and will work closely with the rest of the CCSL team.
