We are recruiting a Senior Administrator to join our growing Fiduciary Services team.

As part of our growing business, you will work under the supervision of senior team members to deliver a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of multijurisdictional clients and their related entities. You will be part of a team that focuses on responding to clients’ requests within agreed timeframes and supports each other in maintaining high standards of service.

Key aspects of the role will include:

  • Assisting and supporting team members in delivering fiduciary administration services.
  • Managing elements of workload and reporting for a portfolio of clients, (depending on level), ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests, both internal and external.
  • Maintaining strong communication within the team and with clients.
  • Performing tasks with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Being integral to the effective risk management of the business and its clients.
  • Embracing a collaborative work environment and contributing to team success.

  • have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate administration ideally in a professional services environment;
  • can confidently demonstrate familiarity with the Isle of Man regulatory framework applicable to TCSPs;
  • possess a strong academic background (bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred) and
  • are in possession of a professional qualification (or willing to work towards a professional qualification) such as CGI (ICSA).

In addition, we are looking for someone who possesses strong organisational capability, the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery.  You will be a confident communicator with a collaborative approach.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills is essential.

Experience with Viewpoint is advantageous as a strong understanding of Viewpoint software, governance practices and general awareness of tax/regulatory implications of structures under management is required.
