A number of lawyers from Cains have this week been recognised in the 2021 edition of The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom.
Recognition by Best Lawyers, which has been publishing highly regarded guides to the legal profession for over 30 years and in more than 70 countries worldwide, is based entirely on peer review. The methodology is designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographic region and legal practice area.
From Cains Corporate and Commercial team, director Tristan Head was recognised for both Capital Markets Law and Corporate Finance Law, while Andrew Baker also gained recognition in the category of Corporate Finance Law.
Peter Clucas, Robert Colquitt and Seth Caine from Cains’ Litigation team were named among the best for Litigation and Dispute Resolution law, with director Mike Edwards being named among the best overall offshore lawyers.
