Matthew Wilkinson, who has been with Cains since 2014, has recently been promoted to Senior Associate. Matthew is an integral part of the corporate and commercial team and advises on a broad range of multi-jurisdictional corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Matthew has consistently been ranked as a ‘Rising Star’ in the Corporate and Commercial category by The Legal 500 UK and as an ‘Associate to watch’ for Corporate and Finance transactions by Chambers and Partners UK for a number of years.
