Cains advised the Tangguh Production Sharing Contract Partners (led by BP) on the Isle of Man law aspects of the multi-sourced financing of the US$ 12 billion Tangguh LNG Train 3 Expansion Project in Indonesia.
The project will add a third LNG process train and 3.8 million tons per annum of production capacity to the existing facility.
The team from Cains Advocates was led by Mike Edwards.
