Cains advised Tidewater Inc. on the Isle of Man law aspects of its emergence from bankruptcy after it successfully completed its reorganisation pursuant to the Second Amended Joint Prepackaged Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganisation of Tidewater and its Affiliated Debtors which was confirmed on 17 July 2017 by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Tidewater is one of the world’s largest offshore vessel owners.
