Cains has acted for a British retail and commercial bank in its financing of the purchase by Aprirose, a London-based real estate investor, of Marine Point shopping and leisure centre in Merseyside from Promenade Estates for £42.5 million. The 212,217 sq. ft. complex is located next to New Brighton beach and promenade in the Wirral.
