Tom Groves Associate Director, Cains Corporate Services Limited

Tom is Associate Director within Cains Corporate Services Limited, having joined in 2026.

With over 30 years in the offshore accounting, trust and fiduciary sectors, Tom has a strong track record of supporting complex client structures and building trusted client relationships across corporate, fund and private client structures including ultra/high net worth individuals.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants and has significant industry and regulatory knowledge that includes the implementation of tax structures, Economic Substance and FATCA/CRS classification and reporting, as well as experience within the Private Office space.

Tom is involved in the daily running of CCSL and works closely with the board of directors to deliver consistency of services to clients and intermediaries.
