Martyn Curphey Head of Client Governance, Cains Corporate Services Limited

Martyn is Head of the Client Governance Team at Cains Corporate Services Limited, which he joined in 2026.

Martyn has more than 32 years’ experience in the offshore trust and fiduciary sector. His previous roles include positions within the trust company arms of two international banks and an international fiduciary company. He has extensive experience in managing trust and corporate structures of varying complexity and uses this knowledge to help clients maintain the standards of governance required to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.

Martyn works closely with the board of directors to ensure consistent service delivery to clients and intermediaries. He is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
