Helen Edwards Head of Risk & Compliance

Helen Edwards is the Head of Risk and Compliance at Cains, and is responsible for ensuring that the organisation identifies, manages, and mitigates its risks while maintaining full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

With over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, and over 20 years in the Isle of Man, Helen brings a great deal of experience to the role having held senior roles across banking, investment, insurance, trust, and corporate sectors.

In recent years, she has focused on governance, responding to evolving legal and regulatory landscapes, and liaising with multi-jurisdictional authorities. At Cains Helen has oversight for the ongoing development and monitoring of the risk and compliance framework, review of policies, procedures, guidance and governance to meet robust company and regulatory demands.
