Cains Listing Services Limited (CLSL) is a Category 1 and 2 Member of The International Stock Exchange (TISE), approved by TISE to act as Listing Agent and Sponsor in relation to the listing of bonds and equities on TISE.
TISE is a regulated marketplace which offers a fast and effective listings service for domestic and international companies seeking to raise capital, and our dedicated team has extensive experience in in relation to listing debt and equity securities.
CLSL is part of the Cains Group and, in conjunction with our top ranking corporate legal specialists we are able to offer our clients seeking to list their debt or equity securities on TISE a fully integrated and cost-effective listings service alongside legal and regulatory support.
We are also able to provide Isle of Man company incorporation and administration services through Cains Corporate Services Limited, which is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority to provide corporate, trust and fiduciary services.
