We are pleased to announce the recent promotion of litigation lawyer Charles Williams to Senior Associate.
Charles, who joined the company as a trainee in 2015, has been an integral member of Cains’ top tier litigation practice advising on both international and local commercial litigation matters.
Following being called to the Manx bar in 2017, he regularly advises clients on a wide range of dispute related matters, including shareholder disputes, director duties, trust disputes, civil fraud and asset tracing, insolvency and liquidations, aviation disputes, banking disputes and financial services and regulatory matters.
Charles has been recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by The Legal 500 for his dispute resolution and litigation work, gaining high praise from clients for ‘providing practical and trusted advice’ on complex matters.
