We are pleased to announce some changes to the management structure of the Cains group of companies:
- Tim Shepherd has stepped down as Managing Director but remains a member of the Board of Directors of Cains Advocates Limited;
- Robert Colquitt has succeeded Tim as Managing Director of Cains;
- Tristan Head has taken on the newly created position of Group Chair while retaining his role as Managing Director of Cains Corporate Services Limited;
- Tara Cubbon-Wood joined the Board of Directors following her recent promotion to Director.
The Cains Group Board, effective 1 January 2025, comprises: Tristan Head, Robert Colquitt, Tara Cubbon-Wood, Scott Leonard-Morgan, Steven Quayle, and Tim Shepherd.
