We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Corporate Services team (CCSL).
The Senior Administrator will work within the CCSL team. The successful candidate will provide assistance to our multijurisdictional clients by delivering a range of administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities, managing the related workload to ensure that client requests for actions are responded to within the agreed timeframe.
As a senior administrator you will work with your own portfolio of clients. In addition, the successful candidate will support a strong communication ethos amongst the team and embrace working within a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- A relevant qualification or working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. STEP or CGI).
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role preferably within the Private Wealth sector.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office. Experience using Viewpoint would be an advantage
- Understanding of the tax implications of structures under management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Client focused with the ability as/if necessary to interact with high profile clients.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex admin processes effectively.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn and assist the team with any other related tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to use their own initiative.
