The Opportunity

Our Corporate Department is expanding, and we are looking for qualified Associates from 2-3 PQE through to Managing Associates to join our team.

The role offers exposure to a wide variety of corporate legal matters including banking/finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

Working as part of a small but focused team, you will play an active role in the day-to-day conduct of client files and provision of well judged, timely, advice. You will work closely with our very experienced and renowned corporate team, manage your own files, and contribute to high-value client work from day one.

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, thinks critically and works with precision.  In addition, you will be detail-oriented, results-driven and comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications, a desire to develop new skills and the ability to interface effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.  Aircraft/shipping and Trust experience are advantageous.
