We are recruiting a Company Secretarial Junior Administrator to join our Company Secretarial & Statutory Team.

This is a full time, permanent position.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of statutory and company secretarial services to a portfolio of corporate and trust structures, ensuring compliance with Isle of Man regulatory and legal requirements.

Essential skills and experience will include a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong academic background (bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred). The successful candidate must be willing to learn and develop within corporate services and work towards a professional qualification such as the ICSA.

The ideal person will be proactive and eager to develop new skills. In addition, the candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude with a professional and reliable approach.

Previous experience working within a professional services environment (corporate, financial, legal, trust & fiduciary) is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

This role requires an individual with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to deliver to deadlines.
