Job Description: We are currently recruiting Administrators at Mid or Senior levels to join our Corporate Services team. As part of our growing business, you will work under the supervision of senior team members to deliver a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of multijurisdictional clients and their related entities. You will be part of a team that focuses on responding to clients’ requests within agreed timeframes and supports each other in maintaining high standards of service.

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support team members in delivering corporate administration services.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, (depending on level), ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests.
  • Maintain strong communication within the team and with clients.
  • Perform tasks with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Embrace a collaborative work environment and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

  • Mid-Level Administrator:
    1. Ideally working towards a relevant qualification (e.g., STEP).
    2. Experience within a Fiduciary environment.
    3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    4. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Viewpoint is an advantage.
    5. Client-focused with strong organisational skills.
    6. Ability to manage a small portfolio of clients.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Senior Administrator:
    1. Relevant qualification or working towards one (e.g., STEP or CGI).
    2. Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably within the Private Wealth sector.
    3. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office; experience with Viewpoint is an advantage.
    4. Understanding of the tax implications of structures under management.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    6. Ability to interact with high-profile clients.
    7. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex admin processes.
    8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
