Martin delivered an inspiring session on “Nutrition for Performance & Longevity”, giving the team clear, actionable tips on how to fuel our bodies and minds for better energy and focus. From everyday hydration habits to building balanced meals that support sustained performance, the session was a great reminder about making good choices.

Taking place every March since 2012, this global initiative highlights the essential role that good nutrition and hydration play in maintaining health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
