Senior Consultant Seth Caine, is the only Isle of Man lawyer to feature as ‘Senior Statespeople’ with clients acknowledging him “as one of the leading trust lawyers on the Isle of Man and held in very high regard by the Manx courts”.
Managing Director, Peter Clucas, maintained Band 1 rankings for dispute resolution and is hailed as “very professional, experienced, very responsive and has good attention to detail” and “an absolute credit to his profession”.
In Corporate and Finance, Cains also received a Band 1 ranking with clients praising the practice as “a professional, reputable team full of advocates that can be relied upon to give good legal advice.”
Director Tristan Head and Senior Consultant Richard Vanderplank achieved Band 1 rankings and were noted for their “very user-friendly and knowledgeable advice.” Director Tim Shepherd ranked in Band 2 and was described by clients as “extremely good technically and highly pragmatic.” Senior Legal Adviser Andrew Baker and Director Steven Quayle ranked in band 3, with Steven being hailed as “highly knowledgeable in asset finance matters”.
