Cains has continued to strengthen its top-tier litigation team following the appointment of Tara Cubbon as a Managing Associate.
Tara, an established and highly respected Isle of Man litigator, joins the firm after eight years with another Isle of Man law firm. She has extensive experience of a broad range of high value corporate and commercial dispute resolution matters including debt recovery for banks and companies, insolvency, trust litigation, professional negligence, claims against directors and employment law. She also makes regular appearances before the Isle of Man High Court and Staff of Government Division.
