Cains is pleased to have advised KR1 plc, a leading digital assets technology business primarily focused on decentralised technologies, on its listing to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

KR1 announced its listing on 25 November 2025, as part of its strategy to enhance its visibility and broaden its investor base. The listing comes at a time when decentralised blockchain companies are increasingly integrated into the global financial system and attracting significant interest from institutional investors.

The UK, one of the fastest-growing cryptocurrency markets worldwide, is positioning itself as a hub for the digital assets sector.

Cains acted as Isle of Man counsel, working alongside UK counsel Stephenson Harwood LLP on the transaction. The Sponsor was Singer Capital Markets.

Scott Leonard-Morgan, Head of Corporate at Cains, commented:

“We are delighted to have supported KR1 on its listing to the London Stock Exchange Main Market. This transaction demonstrates the growing institutional appetite for blockchain and digital asset companies, and highlights the UK’s ambition to establish itself as a leading centre for the sector. Working closely with Stephenson Harwood, we are pleased to have played a role in facilitating this important milestone for KR1.”
