Cains’ leading banking and finance team has acted as Isle of Man legal adviser to Resorts World Las Vegas LLC on its US$400 million senior unsecured notes offering and a US$800 million senior secured loan facility.
Resorts World Las Vegas owns and operates an integrated resort on the Las Vegas Strip.
